This is equivalent to 5 hours of fine-tooth combing all in-text references, footnotes, endnotes, and the entire bibliography, and any formatting required by the journal for submission.
I also fill in any missing bibliographic information and check for consistency between the citations and reference list.
You must supply:
The entire document formatted as a .docx or .doc file
A link to any style guide documentation for the journal
Specify the referencing style required and/or edition required by the journal
Please note: there is a 3 day turnaround on this service.
This is equivalent to 2 hours of fine-tooth combing your manuscript for compiling an index. It’s the MOST TEDIOUS part of publishing, and you could be doing anything more interesting with your time!
For 1 index - select buy one. For 2 indexes (eg. author & subject) - select buy two etc.
You must supply:
The entire manuscript
A link to any style guide documentation
A list of key terms for a subject index
Please note: there is a 2-day turnaround on this service.
Your publisher is sending you emails about that manuscript, but you just don’t have the time or energy to meet all their formatting requirements.
I will fix it for you: the sooner we get started, the sooner you will feel a sense of relief!
This is a custom plan that comes in approximately 11-hour segments so that you have control over the costs associated (and can negotiate with your Institution for financial assistance). Each segment is AU$935. I will send an invoice of AU$935 to be paid on the commencement of each 11-hour block.
For example: Turning a thesis into a manuscript ready for a publisher, with 6 chapters (plus intro, conclusion and appendices), converting charts and tables into acceptable formats, writing style notes, checking all citations and no bibliographic database, plus indexing takes approximately 45 hours.
You must supply:
The entire document (or individual chapters) formatted as .docx or .doc files
A link to any style guide documentation from your publisher
Specify the referencing style required and/or edition required by your publisher
(Optional) a database, however partial, of your bibliographic information so far
Please note: Depending on the number of hours you need, consider each billing unit to be 2 weeks. If you need an express service, please add the PhD express package. NB: I will prioritise your work, but it will take more than one week. (I have pulled 45 hours into 9 days of work before, but that kind of magic requires a premium!)

Part 2: Formatting all in-text references, footnotes, endnotes and the entire bibliography as required by your Institution, and in compliance with the style guide nominated by your Institution.
Part 3: *Silver Service* An optional extra of manually checking that all references are legitimate and accurate. Billed in 11-hour chunks. (You may need to scan/photograph/post some hard-to-access resources.)

A link to any style guide documentation from your institution
Specify the referencing style required and/or edition required by your Institution
(Optional) a database, however partial, of your bibliographic information so far
Please note: Depending on which packages you require, this may take up to a month or more to untangle the bibliographic knots. Consider each billing unit as 2 weeks’ work. It is time-critical to build the bibliographic database as soon as possible. During this 2-week period, you may continue to work on finessing your draft while I build the database. Once we have progressed to Part 2, it is not advisable to work on referenced sections of text.
